So some of the YL girls brought us dinner last Thursday night (which was awesome!). One of the girls, Meg, told us about this recipe for "mug cake" - chocolate cake you can make in the microwave in a mug in 3 minutes. We tried it and it is amazing - I highly recommend it! In case anyone else wants to try it I thought I'd document the recipe here :)
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons cake flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons oil
Dash of vanilla
3 Tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
1 mug
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a mug
2. Add all the other ingredients to the mug and mix
3. Microwave on high for 3 minutes
4. Enjoy!
