I found another great microwave cake recipe!! It's so easy and so good!
Mix 1 box of Angel Food Cake (you need this) with 1 box of any other cake mix you want. Store it in an airtight container.
When you want cake, mix 1/3 cup of the dry mix with 3 Tbs of water in a mug or small bowl. Microwave for 1 minute.
It is awesome! And healthy-ish :)
