St. Louis Weekend

Last weekend we drove out to St. Louis to visit some of my dad's family. We went out there every year growing up, so I still enjoy going and it is great spending time with everyone there! We went out about 1 year ago for my cousin's wedding, so the last time they all saw me I was very pregnant! This time they got to meet Tyler for the first time - he was the center of attention (he will be so spoiled!).

Amy took this picture of me and Ed, I think it turned out well! (I've figured out her strategy, though - she just takes multiple pictures as fast as possible so she can make sure to capture a good one. It's actually a pretty good strategy that I will need to copy.)

This is a picture of a picture . . . on the left is my Uncle Bob, in the middle is Aunt Donna, and on the right is my dad! I also like how it is a black and white photo that was colored in by hand. Ahh the good old days ;)

Tyler got lots of new toys while he was there, since his birthday is coming up. Here is one of his (and our) favorites.

All in all it was a great weekend, though a little tiring because of all the driving. Hopefully we'll get to stay longer next time!
