It's been awhile!

Well I took a little hiatus from writing in my blog. Not for any reason in particular! A lot has happened since last time I wrote. Let's see, in June I went with 8 awesome Wyoming girls and Jenny, another Wyoming leader, to Young Life Camp at Rockbridge. It was an amazing (although tiring :) )time!

Tyler has continued to grow and change. He started to "army crawl" in June, and recently he's been getting on his hands and knees and trying to really crawl. It's been fun, but it does take a lot of energy to chase him because he really likes to explore now. He also finally likes to eat solid food . . . as long as it is pureed. Now I can't get him to eat much of anything with chunks or texture. He just gags. In the last few days he has finally been able to swallow small bits of bread without gagging. So I guess we're going to slowly work our way up to cheerios.

Ed has now been home with Tyler for a week without me twice - first was YL camp, and second was when I went to Italy for work. It was really hard to leave Tyler each time, but I guess I need to get used to it. He seemed to enjoy his daddy time! My trip to Italy was pretty cool - aside from working I actually got to see some of the city, which doesn't always happen on business trips. Plus I met up with some people that work for P&G in Italy, which was nice because they translated for me and told me what food to order. :)

Ed, Tyler, and I will be heading to Florida in a few weeks for a vacation! We're going to Marco Island, which is in south florida. Please pray for no hurricanes to head our way!
